Terms & Conditions

All information on this website is provided as a general guide/outline and based on best practice in typical circumstances. Use of Central Coast Domestic Services services after agreeing to the terms of the no-obligation free quote shall be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:


Cancellation Fees –

Please note: Once your job is booked in, if you cancel at ANY time a cancellation fee of $40 is applicable. On-Site cancellation fees is 40% of your total invoice.  Cancellation fees MUST be paid within 48 hours. After this time, your account will be sent to our debt collection agency, where you WILL incur additional costs.


The prices we quote you are based on the information you have provided us. If we arrive at the premises and conditions differ from the information you have provided, the original quoted price may differ.(Please Note : Customers Must inform us If mould is present in areas other than the bathroom/toilet if such information is not provided during price quoting , the original quoted price may differ )Our basic  End of leasing Cleaning prices are based on Average’s based  on official information provided to us on surveys and that the property is averagely looked after by its occupants .


The price we quote you for End Of Lease cleans do not include Blinds, Curtains or Venetian cleaning,Wall Cleaning, or white goods such as Air Con , fridges washing machine dryer etc. We are happy to provide you with an additional quote for the above to be completed.

Garages are only air blown clean as part of our End Of Lease cleans if requested free of charge . If you require de-greasing extra charges will apply. Property must be completely empty on our arrival.

A maximum of 1 window per bedroom, and 2 in the living areas are included in our End Of Lease window cleaning. Additional windows will incur additional costs. ONLY around light switches, power points & door handles are cleaned.


Return and Redo

Central Coast Domestic Services operates a ‘48 hour guarantee’ policy.  If you are not entirely happy with the level of service you receive, you should let us know within 48 hours.  We will then make an appointment with you to examine the situation and if we deem it necessary – carry out the work again. We do not pick up keys from any locations for returns or redo’s unless we have originally charged for the pick up service.


Carpet Cleaning

Carpet cleaning will be carried out according to the following conditions:

1. Area must be pre-vacummed prior to our arrival or extra charges will apply.

2. We will make the best possible effort to identify and remove all spots, stains and spills from your carpet.  However, we cannot guarantee their entire removal and accept no liability for any permanent deep-seated stains that, in our opinion, cannot be removed in their entirety. Windows must be left open for at least 6 hours for drying purposes .

3.  We will accept no liability for color runs, due to non-fast color dyes that already exist in the carpet or rug.

4. We will accept no liability for re-soiling of an area, once its cleaning is complete.

5. We will not be liable for any product purchased from us that may subsequently cause your carpet or rug damage.

6. The cleaning of your carpet does not extend to the cleaning of its padding.  This is an additional service and will be charged for separately.

7. Central Coast Domestic Services will not be liable for any buckling or un-seaming (when a carpet is removed from its place) or any other damage to the carpet, as a result of it being re-stretched.

Rug Cleaning

Central Coast Domestic Services guarantees that your rug will be returned to you within 7-10 days of it being picked up from your home.  If a second cleaning of the rug is necessary, this service will be carried out without charge but will take up to additional 7 business days.


Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery cleaning will be carried out only to the surface of the material and not to the filling.


Removal of Objects

Central Coast Domestic Services will not be responsible for the removal of good, breakables and furniture relating to their carpet cleaning services.  Central Coast Domestic Services will not be responsible for any damage caused to such goods, breakables and furniture unless the damage is a direct result of the negligence of our company or our employees.  It should also be agreed that larger items (such as televisions, book cases, wall cabinets, filing cabinets, etc) will remain in place, and no cleaning will take place underneath such items.


Carpet Protection

Central Coast Domestic Services will apply any protection agents requested by the client in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.  Central Coast Domestic Services cannot guarantee 100% protection of fibers against spills. Furthermore, if the client has any complaints relating directly to the product, these must be taken up directly with the manufacturer.


Redemption of Coupons

All coupons entitling the customer to a discount on particular services must be redeemed at the time of booking a service. Central Coast Domestic Services will not accept such coupons at a later date. Only one coupon per customer, unless stated specifically.


Privacy Policy

Central Coast Domestic Services may, on occasion, ask certain information of you, in order to provide you with the best possible service. However, Central Coast Domestic Services will never sell, rent or lease your personal information to others, unless we are given your permission or are required to do so by law.


Advance Notice

It is not the responsibility of Central Coast Domestic Services to ask the customer for specific information relating to the circumstances of the carpet or rug.  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide that information in advance.  Central Coast Domestic Services will not be liable for the results of any work carried out when the relevant information was not provided beforehand.


Terms of Payment

STRICTLY NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED. We accept the following forms of payment –

  • Cash
  • Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa)
  • Eftpos
  • Bank Deposit

Payments must be made on or before our arrival. Bank deposits should be made at least 24 hours prior to start of job, and a copy of your recipt of payment should be emailed to us at: info@centralcoastdomesticservices.com



In the event that you wish to complain about the services provided by Central Coast Domestic Services, this must be done either in writing or by telephone within 48 hours of completion of the work. No complaints will be acceptable after this time period.


Central Coast Domestic Services is not responsible for typographical errors, publishing or advertising mistakes and missing components of this disclaimer. This disclaimer cannot be orally contradicted.
