Both men were very courteous. They did a very good job. They also explained everything to me-things that could not be cleaned and why. They left me some Spot Out solution, which I didn’t expect. My carpets look like new again. They are 9 years old.

Blot up as much as you can. Then mix 1 teaspoon of clear dish washing liquid with 1 cup warm water. Sponge the area with the solution and blot again. Then mix 1/3 cup white vinegar with 2/3 cup warm water. Sponge the area with the vinegar solution and blot one last time. Finish with clean water and blot up any axcess liquid.
